About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hand Therapist to join our Physiotherapy Team at Rowley Hall Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. As a Senior Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized patient care as part of the team
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in Hand Therapy, including clinical reasoning and problem-solving
  • Assist in the triaging of patient referrals and manage complex cases
  • Provide guidance and support to junior Hand Therapy colleagues on clinical practice issues
  • Support other team members as needed

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • BAHT level 1 or equivalent
  • Evidence of static splinting experience
