Hand Therapy Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hand Therapist to join our Physiotherapy Team at Rowley Hall Hospital, a leading private hospital in the UK. As a Senior Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the team in delivering excellent standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care as part of the team
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in Hand Therapy, including clinical reasoning and problem-solving
- Assist in the triaging of patient referrals and manage complex cases
- Provide advice and support to junior Hand Therapy colleagues on clinical practice issues
- Support other team members as necessary
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated Computer Skills
- BAHT level 1 or equivalent
- Evidence of static splinting experience
