  • Assist with promotional activities, helping set up displays and engaging with potential customers to promote our utility partners' services.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales, ensuring all details are correctly captured and follow-up actions are taken as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and products, making sure you're knowledgeable about the latest utility services, promotions, and regulations to provide customers with the most up-to-date advice.
Requirements:
  • Full right to work in the UK.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering face-to-face customer service.
  • A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service while meeting sales goals.
