About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Academic Leader to join our team at Card Factory. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to enhance store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities will include driving commercial growth, fostering a customer-centric team culture, and ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set strategic goals and objectives for driving commercial growth.
  • Implement strategies to maintain high-quality customer services.
  • Supervise store teams in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • Show enthusiasm for customer-facing roles and celebrate customer milestones.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and direct team members.
  • Proficiently analyze store performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Promote a positive and progressive work environment.
Estimated Salary Range and Benefits
