New Business Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Biz Dev Exec to join our team at Red Recruitment Group Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers. They must be proactive in seeking out new sales opportunities and able to close deals within set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities
- Evaluate customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Closing deals and meeting sales targets

Estimated Salary Range: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
