We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and cover the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the client base across the North West.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the fire and security industry and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, promoting our fire alarm systems and maintenance services, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement a Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  2. Promote Fire Safety Solutions: Promote our fire alarm systems and maintenance services to a wide variety of industries.
  3. Establish Key Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including facilities managers, contractors, and business owners.
  4. Deliver Compelling Presentations: Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  6. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for the region.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record within the fire and security industry.

  • Fire Safety Expertise: Excellent understanding of fire safety regulations and related products.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Target-Driven: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Based in Lancashire, with the flexibility to travel across the North West.
  • CMS Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management.
