Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager at Bluetownonline.
The Role:
This exciting position involves working closely with clients once orders have been generated by our Sales team to ensure client marketing campaigns are managed to their completion.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
• Working with our internal Sales Team once client orders have been placed to understand client requirements
• Undertaking onboarding calls and meetings with clients to understand their needs
• Liaising with clients throughout the day to progress email marketing campaigns and update them on the status of their campaign
• Collaborating with our internal creative team to develop client marketing campaigns for both online and offline communications
• Managing our client marketing timetable
• Reporting to clients after marketing campaigns and undertaking debriefing calls
• Working with the internal Finance Team to collect payments
• Maintaining a portfolio of work we carry out
Key Requirements and Accountabilities:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Meticulous, focussed and well organised with a keen eye for detail
• Able to remain calm and focussed when under pressure
• Able to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proactive, confident, and able to build quick, long lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues
