About the Role:

Bigens Leisure is seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Professional to join our team as a Bar Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Key responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks and food to customers, handling cash transactions accurately, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, promoting to passing customers, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The pay rate for this position is estimated to be around £9.00-£13.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bartending or working in a restaurant/bar setting
  • Strong time management skills
