Maternity Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Midwifery Ward Manager to lead our Maternity Services in managing the Ward 26, an antenatal and postnatal ward with 21 beds. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class maternity care.

Our Group has five main hospital sites: Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Scunthorpe General Hospital, and Goole and District Hospital for Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, and Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital for Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
As a teaching hospital, we collaborate with the Hull York Medical School to conduct research in various areas, including biomedical research, primary care, palliative medicine, cardiovascular and respiratory medicine, vascular surgery, cancer surgery, and oncology.

Person Specification- Registered midwife with a degree in midwifery or evidence of recent relevant continuing professional development at degree level
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a practicing midwife at Band 6
- Experience of holding unit bleeps, guideline development, and complaints handling
The salary for this position ranges from £46,148 to £52,809 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
