Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to provide exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer care, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
