About the Role

Requirements

  • Recognized Social Work qualification and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong understanding of adult social care principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
