Land Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
Chartway Partnerships Group is a leading South East land-led housebuilder, specialising in the development of new homes and communities in partnership with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers.
We are currently seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Land Team on a permanent contract.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running appraisal scenarios on new pipeline sites, updating and managing the group land tracker, and supporting the legal and compliance processes for site purchases.
This includes drafting Board purchase packs, drafting and reviewing Heads of Terms, reading land purchase contracts, and responding to enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run appraisal scenarios on new pipeline sites
- Update and manage the group land tracker
- Support the legal and compliance processes for site purchases
Requirements:
- Similar position with experience in Land Acquisition, ideally from a private developer
- Excellent IT and organisation skills
- Sound understanding of the planning system & procedures
- Good knowledge of the regional area and associate markets
