About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team at Kent Fire and Rescue Service. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the talent function, ensuring an engaging and positive candidate experience, and promoting a culture of internal talent development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing volume recruitment, including implementing attraction and selection strategies.
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of recruitment campaigns, ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Advising Managers on effective recruitment and selection methods.
- Reviewing current processes and procedures, making changes where necessary.
- Undertaking job analysis in preparation for job evaluation processes, ensuring this is completed in consultation with managers and HR colleagues.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver talent management initiatives aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives.
