Resident Experience Specialist

This position involves devising and implementing activity programmes that enhance the lives of our residents.
You will spend your time building relationships with residents and their families, assessing their needs and preferences, and developing bespoke activities programmes. This is a highly rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
