We're looking for a caring and experienced individual to join our team as an Activities Champion at Barchester care homes. In this rewarding role, you'll deliver imaginative, fun, and varied activities to ensure our residents enjoy their daily lives.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with colleagues to develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may involve planning events, coordinating outings, or simply spending quality time with residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement engaging activities for residents
  • Work closely with colleagues to plan events and outings
  • Spend quality time with residents, building relationships and providing emotional support

**Requirements:**

  • A background in care or a related field is essential
  • Experience in activity coordination or a similar role would be beneficial
  • A passion for working with older adults is required
