About the Role
We're seeking a talented individual with experience in development or technical support roles. As a Gaming Systems Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our development and production environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective incident triage, platform operations, proactive maintenance, and performance analysis. You'll also be responsible for supporting release management activities, provisioning new platforms, and coordinating system changes and operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Triaging and resolving critical incidents
- Performing system performance analysis, capacity planning, and monitoring checks
- Supporting release management activities
- Provisioning new platforms and creation of automated workflows
- Coordinating system changes and operations, including OS patching and upgrades
- Troubleshooting server-related issues or hardware faults
- Organising firewall and content delivery network changes and resolving network connectivity issues
- Handling development environmental issues
- Identifying technical and process areas for continual improvement, fostering modern engineering practices
