We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Technology Assessment Analyst to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our Health Technology Assessment (HTA) division, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects to demonstrate the clinical and health economic value of innovative therapies.
As an Analyst, you will work closely with clients to develop the HTA strategy for their product, which will inform the delivery of multiple project types, including medical writing of HTA submission dossiers, HTA advisory boards, and clinical and economic systematic literature reviews. You will also collaborate with our Health Economics and Statistics (HES) team to develop health economic models, including budget impact models and cost-effectiveness analyses.
Our team works on several projects at once, and the results of HTA projects can feed into publications, value materials, or health technology assessment submissions. You will be exposed to a wide variety of services offered by Costello Medical and a broad range of therapeutic areas.
We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing our colleagues to work from home for up to half of their time after passing probation. Key Responsibilities- Develop HTA strategies for client products
- Conduct clinical and economic systematic literature reviews
- Collaborate with HES team to develop health economic models
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent)
- Interest in working with quantitative data and handling it comfortably
- Aptitude for planning and writing scientific documents
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for healthcare and learning
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Starting salary of £39,000
