About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Technology Assessment Analyst to join our team at Costello Medical. As a Health Technology Assessment Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of health economic models, conducting literature reviews, and analyzing data to inform our clients' business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain health economic models to support our clients' business decisions
  • Conduct literature reviews and analyze data to inform our clients' business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide high-quality analysis and recommendations to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., Excel, R)

Our recruitment process includes written and proofreading assessments for you to complete remotely. If successful, you will be invited to an interview, which will include a short presentation you can prepare for in advance. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month, however, this can be adapted if necessary.

We are currently recruiting for start dates throughout 2024 and early 2025, which occur on a monthly basis. You will be asked to state your availability on your application form. Whilst there are no set application deadlines, we strongly recommend applying as early as possible so that we can begin processing your application. The role may close when suitable candidates are found.

This role is available in our Global Headquarters in Cambridge, as well as our London, Manchester, and Bristol offices. Please note office space in London is severely limited until we move to our new office in late 2024, so alternative working arrangements may need to be made in the short term.
