About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Technology Assessment Analyst to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our Health Technology Assessment (HTA) division, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective HTA strategies that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting literature reviews and meta-analyses to inform HTA submissions
  • Collaborating with our Health Economics and Statistics team to develop health economic models
  • Preparing and submitting high-quality HTA reports and dossiers
  • Participating in project meetings and teleconferences with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience with health economic theory and literature reviews
  • Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of VBA
  • Familiarity with the R programming language
