Job Title: Course Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Course Administrator, providing administrative support for our successful MPhil in Population Health Sciences programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the programme, including admissions, awards, and student support
  • Work closely with administrative colleagues and the wider course team
  • Be the first point of contact for applicants, students, and academic staff
  • Organize teaching sessions and events
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve programme goals
Requirements:
  • Education to at least GCSE-level or equivalent, including English and Mathematics at grade C/Level 4 or above
  • Previous experience of working in Higher Education is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good level of competence in standard software packages
