Job Title: Senior Beauty / Spa Therapist

Hours: 40

Rate of Pay: £ per hour

Location: Chingford

We are seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of spa treatments, leading and mentoring junior therapists, and providing high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Lead and mentor junior therapists to ensure a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Liaise and support the Spa Manager.
  • Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
  • Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek assistance if you need additional support or training.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and experience of ELEMIS products.
  • Experience of guiding, managing, and motivating teams to bring collective success.
  • Proven experience of upselling and cross-selling to maximise profits.
