About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London.

As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to our guests, ensuring that all operational procedures and standards are adhered to, and striving to exceed personal and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a 5-star experience.
  • Assist the Senior Therapists team in maintaining operational procedures and standards, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth and exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of service excellence in a luxury spa environment, with relevant NVQ or professional qualifications. You will be an immaculately presented individual with impeccable customer service skills, able to engage with our guests and provide a personalized experience.

You will have a strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry, with experience in a luxury service environment. Your passion for delivering exceptional service and your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team will be key to your success in this role.
