Bannatyne Group, a premier name in health and wellness, is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to lead by example. This role involves performing a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support Junior Spa Therapists, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Liaise and support the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.

Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.

Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude.

A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.

Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
