Job Summary

The People Team Associate is a key role within our HR department, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our people processes. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage colleague records, ensuring all documents are accurately scanned and saved in relevant folders.
  • Keep colleague files and HR systems up to date, including eligibility to work documents and personal data.
  • Manage the colleague exit process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently and sensitively.
  • Collate and process contractual data, liaising with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Administer the Employee of the Month program by collating nominations and preparing certificates.
  • Handle incoming reference requests and process DBS and credit checks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing post, ensuring all correspondence is processed promptly and accurately.
  • Gather and prepare relevant company reports as requested by the People Team.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to colleagues on system processes.
  • Assist with administrative activities related to ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem solver with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience with HR systems and processes is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
