We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Thera Trust. As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives. This can involve helping people develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and supporting with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. The role can be varied and requires a caring, compassionate, confident and resilient approach. We offer free training and development opportunities, so no experience or qualifications are required, just a passion for making a difference to peoples lives.
