Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, complying with our quality and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Documenting and recording information on food, including date labelling and stock rotation principles (FIFO).
  • Ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard, following our SOPs.
About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
