Procurement Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented Procurement Support Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a Procurement Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our procurement team, ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include updating master data in the procurement system, monitoring and resolving transactions that have failed to complete successfully, and training users on how to use the procurement and helpdesk solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Updating master data in the procurement system e.g. user access, vendors, catalogue listings, accounting cost centres etc.
- Monitoring and resolving transactions which have failed to complete successfully, e.g. approved purchase requisitions which have not generated purchase orders, or invoices which have not interfaced.
- Training users on how to use the procurement and helpdesk solutions.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements:- Experience of working with finance/procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, RightNow.
- Strong Excel skills.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
