About the Role:

As a Fitness and Wellbeing Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our members, including inductions, health checks, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties. You'll also have the chance to connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized fitness plans for clients
  • Conduct health checks and provide expert guidance on nutrition and exercise
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and achievements
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is up to £55,224 per annum, which includes a mix of gym floor and PT session hours. As your client base grows, your earning potential increases, with the possibility of reaching up to £55,224 OTE.
