Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example: You will be responsible for coaching and guiding the team to provide high-quality care, coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Personalised care plans: You will carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents, taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Monitoring and improvement: You will monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation, carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
