About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our Community Recovery Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of rehabilitation and recovery-focused services to enable individuals to be independent for longer, manage their health needs, and lead healthy, active lives in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of individuals and the team through appraisal, personal development planning, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Lead the implementation of clinical protocols/pathways in the service.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation and recovery-focused services to meet the needs of our community.
  • Support the service to implement clinical effectiveness programs by participating in research and audit projects.

Person Specification
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of post-registration qualifications/professional development in related health field.
  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy recognized degree/diploma in physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Membership of relevant professional body.
  • Registered with Health Professional Council.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

This is a secondment opportunity covering 12 months with the potential for a permanent role thereafter.
