Job Title: Clinical Lead Children's Physiotherapist

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Children's Physiotherapist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated physiotherapist to lead our pediatric physiotherapy services. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the pediatric physiotherapy team.
  2. Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs for children with a range of conditions.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways for children.
  4. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to pediatric physiotherapy.
  5. Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists to ensure their professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy.
  • Experience of working with children with a range of conditions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

We are committed to safeguarding adults and children, and the successful candidate will be subject to a criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of the DBS must be met by the successful candidate through salary deduction.

DBS charges are as follows: £18 + Administration cost of £3.
