About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our physiotherapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of clinical protocols and pathways in our physiotherapy service.
  • Develop and deliver rehabilitation and recovery-focused services to enable patients to achieve independence and manage their health needs.
  • Support the development of individuals and the team through appraisal, personal development planning, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical effectiveness programs through participation in research and audit projects.
Person Specification
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience in physiotherapy.
  • Post-registration qualifications and professional development in related health fields.
  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy recognised degree or diploma in physiotherapy.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-registration qualification in teaching and assessing.
  • Training and/or qualification in clinical supervision.
  • Independent non-medical prescribing qualification.
  • Postgraduate teaching qualification.
