Job Title: Global Sales Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Account Manager to join our team at Centre People. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new global customers and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement sales funnels to drive business growth.
  2. Establish and develop customer targets and strategic outreach to potential customers.
  3. Develop and execute winning sales strategies that leverage the company's strengths.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain existing customer relationships.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate sales promotions and support.
  6. Share knowledge and expertise to support the development of junior and sales support team members.
  7. Carry out business-as-usual tasks and track/undertake back-office work.
  8. Support sales colleagues and other divisions as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in leadership in ICT sales.
  2. Proven track record of success in ICT sales, with a strong win ratio.
  3. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, carriers, and partners.
  4. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  5. Knowledge of security products and ICT services.
  6. Good technical computer and software skills.
  7. Resourceful, inventive, and self-confident with proven customer service experience.
  8. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  9. Japanese language and cultural understanding an advantage.
