Job Title: Global Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Account Manager to join our team at Centre People. As a Global Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in new global customers and developing strong relationships with them.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement sales funnels to achieve sales targets.
  2. Establish and develop customer targets and strategic outreach to potential customers.
  3. Develop a winning sales strategy using the company's strengths.
  4. Visit potential customers to sell products and services.
  5. Provide customer service and support to maintain existing customer base.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate sales promotions.
  7. Share experience and knowledge to support team members in developing their sales skills.
  8. Perform back-office work, including tracking and undertaking aspects of sales.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in leadership in ICT sales.
  2. Proven experience of good win ratio in ICT sales.
  3. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, carriers, and partners.
  4. Excellent knowledge of security products and ICT services.
  5. Good technical computer and software skills.
  6. Resourceful, inventive, and self-confident with proven customer service experience.
  7. Excellent communication skills and command of English.
  8. Japanese language and cultural understanding an advantage.

What We Offer:

Travel expenses paid, hybrid working available, and a competitive salary up to £50k depending on experience, plus bonus.
