About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Resilience Analyst to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our resilience team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations in the event of an incident or crisis.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our resilience plans are aligned with business objectives and are effective in preventing and responding to incidents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that our resilience plans are understood and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business resilience and risk management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business resilience, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of business continuity planning and risk management principles.
