We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. This role is based in Bristol, where you will work closely with students aged 3-19 who require additional support in an alternative provision setting.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist students with severe and profound learning difficulties, complex needs, autism, and sensory impairment in classrooms. Key duties include:

  • Providing individualized support to students as needed, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop effective learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel welcome and supported
