About the Position

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support due to special needs, developing and implementing tailored strategies to promote their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized education plans, taking into account the unique needs and abilities of each student.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students with special needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, empowering them to become confident and independent learners.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant associate's degree or certification in Special Education.
  • Significant experience working with children with special needs, with a focus on developing innovative and effective strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
