Job Title: Field Service Technician

About the Role:
As a Field Service Technician with Crooton Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial laundry equipment across various sites in the UK. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visiting sites to perform maintenance and repairs on industrial laundry equipment
• Liaising with the Head of Operations and Depot Managers to plan daily work and maximize productivity
• Taking ownership of engineering issues, including testing equipment, fault finding, and repairing equipment in line with customer service level agreements

Requirements:
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with an understanding of hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles, and the ability to use electrical and hydraulic test equipment
• Compliance with regulations and instructions according to company policies
• Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and clearly
• Full UK manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points
