Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the Regs and Assurance Director and wider team in ensuring all regulatory and assurance-related administrative activities are delivered in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities or Duties:

  • This role is responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Regulatory Affairs, Outcomes & Governance, and Risk & Compliance teams working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Assist the Director, Heads, and wider team with strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Undertake basic analysis and draft reports for management.
  • Keep the department's work planner up-to-date, ensuring all key company events are documented.
  • Undertake straightforward regulatory duties, including managing Allwyn's security access for Gambling Commission staff and managing Allwyn and Gambling Commission on-call rota arrangements.
  • Liaise with Allwyn teams to collate and produce regulatory reporting requirements for the Gambling Commission.
  • Collate information about player complaints that have been escalated to the regulator.
  • Undertake straightforward Risk & Compliance duties, including CRC monthly and quarterly meeting arrangements and coordinating the papers for the CRC meetings.
  • Where appropriate, support with the administration of the Governance, Risk & Compliance tool (Audit Board).
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365 packages, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
