As a Customer Support Specialist - Technical Services, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing expert technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions;
  • Logging calls in our support database and assigning priority levels and service level agreements;
  • Problem-solving technical issues using internal knowledge bases and escalation procedures;
  • Educating customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and industry-standard technologies;
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
