About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Art and Design Teacher - SEN Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an experienced educator with a passion for teaching SEND pupils, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational experiences for our students.

Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging art and design lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the school's support staff to ensure that our students receive the best possible support and guidance.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Experience teaching SEND pupils
* Relevant qualifications or experience in art and design
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents
