Job Title: Creative Learning Facilitator

Overview: Step Teachers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Teacher to join our team as a Creative Learning Facilitator. This role involves delivering high-quality Art education up to KS4 and developing innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging Art lessons that promote creativity and critical thinking.
  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to support growth and improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative classroom environment that encourages active learning.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for the arts.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
