About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Alcohol Recovery Specialist to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning for service users
  • Offer advocacy and support for access to partnership services
  • Deliver motivational interviewing and substance awareness sessions
  • Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and community stakeholders to promote recovery and resilience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and policies

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional who shares our passion for supporting individuals affected by addiction. You will have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and excellent communication skills. As a team player, you will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
