Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 4-16 years old with their mental wellbeing. As a valuable member of our community, you will play a vital role in helping students develop healthy coping strategies and reach their full potential.
Duties and Responsibilities- Coping Mechanism Support: Assist students in developing and practicing effective coping strategies to manage their emotions and behaviour.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor students' progress and implement education plans to ensure they meet their academic goals.
- Effective Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and promote emotional regulation among students.
- Motivation and Engagement: Encourage students to take ownership of their learning and develop independence.

Salary and BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and kickstart your career as a Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including regular working hours (8am-4pm, Monday - Friday).
Key Qualities and RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess an extroverted nature, confidence in your abilities, patience, and empathy when working with students who require support.
