Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position.
Job Description: As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Portfolio Managers and Analysts at a global hedge fund. Your duties will include organizing calendars, answering calls, handling expenses, and administration, as well as growing into a PA position. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience as an assistant in a fast-paced firm, investment banking, or private equity. Advanced IT skills and Microsoft office proficiency are also essential. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
