Job Title: Financial Portfolio Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Portfolio Coordinator to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will support the management of client assets, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and overall portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management:
  • Assist in the administration of client investment portfolios.
  • Monitor market trends and performance metrics to provide insights for investment strategies.
Client Communication:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.
Financial Planning Support:
  • Collaborate with financial advisers to develop and implement client financial plans.
  • Assist in retirement, tax, and estate planning discussions.
Record Keeping and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyse financial data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with financial advisers, accountants, and legal professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client wealth management.



Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, CFA) preferred, as well as proven experience in wealth management, asset administration, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
