Job Overview

As a Financial Portfolio Coordinator at Colliers International EMEA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Corporate Solutions Accounts team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. You will work closely with the Team Leader and Client Accountants to provide administrative support for the day-to-day management of client portfolios.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing electronic filing systems and ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Maintaining daily monitoring of clients' email accounts and allocating emails to respective team members.
  • Sourcing head lease invoices from landlords and reconciling discrepancies with internal systems.
  • Collaborating with surveying colleagues across London and regional offices.
  • Representing the company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.
  • Performing general administrative duties and other tasks as required.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral. Prior experience in a similar role or entry-level accounting position is desirable.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include opportunities for career growth, training, and professional development.
