Portfolio Administrator

The Portfolio Administrator plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the Property Managers in the portfolio team. This involves liaising with the team to progress tenancies, dealing with renewals, speaking to landlords and tenants, and managing third-party interactions.
The successful candidate will have some property management experience and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Draw up tenancy agreements, contracts, and relevant administrative documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerised property records
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Process invoices and manage financial transactions
- Act as a first point of contact for service partners and handle disputes
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Managers and team
- Coordinate various tasks, such as EPCs, EICRs, and check-in inventories
- Conduct 'right to rent' checks and tenant referencing
- Pursue section 21, 8, and 48 notices with prescribed information for review
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
- Contribute to the development of trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and tenants
Requirements- Some property management experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Close attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong administrative skills and ability to work independently
