Job Summary
"Our team at Dimensions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our vibrant shared supported living home in Droitwich. This rewarding role involves providing person-centred care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs to live fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will be patient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new skills. You will empower independence, assist with daily living tasks, and promote a positive routine. Our supportive environment values diversity and encourages personal growth.

This part-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend work required. You will be working closely with a dynamic team to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

About the Role
"
  • Empower Independence: Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live life how they choose.
  • Daily Living Support: Help with meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and personal care, while promoting a positive routine.
  • Health & Well-Being: Assist with specific health needs, such as manual handling, PEG feeding, and epilepsy management (training provided).
  • Communication Support: Learn and use methods such as Makaton, personalised signs, and objects of reference to build meaningful connections.

"Key Requirements:

  • A full UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
