Developmental Support Worker for Children

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our specialist provision in Droitwich. Our team delivers bespoke programs for children with special needs, promoting independence, confidence, and lifelong learning.
About the Role:
This is a 27.5-hour per week position, working 39 weeks plus 5 additional days. The salary range for this role is £13,992 to £15,007.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, creating a nurturing environment, and contributing to regular assessments and reviews.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of child development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A relevant qualification in childcare or education is essential.
